Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your subscription account must be unused.

To complete your refund, we require an email request to cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If subscriber has created and/or downloaded multiple reports/certificates.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received via email within 24 hours, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request and have cancelled your subscription.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Current School Year

This is where you can set the current school year. Before changing to the next school year, we recommend that you first generate any Attendance Records and Reports for the current school year.
