What is included if I get a membership?

When you sign up for a Georgia Homeschooling Membership, you get instant access to the following:

  • Unlimited Students
  • Attendance Records
  • Declaration of Intent Forms
  • Progress Reports
  • Report Cards & Transcripts
  • Certificates, Awards, & Diplomas
  • Documents Stored in your Dashboard
  • Update, Download, and Print Reports Anytime

Even if you don’t live in the state of Georgia, you can still use this website and our online tools. The only thing that you can disregard will be the Declaration of Intent Form tab on your Dashboard, since that is specific for Georgia.

It is important to remember that there may be additional requirements for your state that Georgia Homeschooling may not address. Please be sure to contact your state’s department of education for all the laws and requirements specific to your state if you live outside of Georgia.

Our plan is to launch another website (hopefully in 2023) that is not state specific and can be used nationwide for homeschoolers to organize and download reports for attendance, progress reports, grade reports, certificates, etc.

Homeschool Curriculum is not included with a Georgia Homeschooling membership, however you can sign up for a Have Fun Teaching Membership. With a Have Fun Teaching Membership, you get instant access to thousands of worksheets, activities, games, songs, videos, workbooks, and more.

If you are homeschooling in Georgia, there are some Georgia Homeschool Requirements that you need to be aware of. Visit our blog post Georgia Homeschool Requirements for a list of the Top 7 Georgia Homeschool Requirements.

In Georgia, the parent or legal guardian must file a Declaration of Intent with the Georgia Department of Education for each homeschool year. This form must be submitted to the Georgia Department of Education within 30 days after establishment of a home study program and by September 1 annually thereafter. With a Georgia Homeschool Subscription, we make this process super easy!

When you click the Submit New Declaration of Intent Form from you Dashboard, it will open up the online form in a new browser tab. If you are using the Brave Browser, you may see a login popup. We recommend using a different browser to submit your Declaration of Intent form (Google Chrome).

We have created an easy to use point-and-click Homeschool Attendance Tracker that let’s you quickly log your attendance. You can then download and print your attendance records for the entire year with just a click of a button. Have more than 1 child? No problem!
